The expression kinetics of scAAV during nephrogenesis. The E12.5 kidney was transducted with scAAV2 and cultured for 1 to 3 days. Immunostaining of laminin (red) shows the UB (outlined with a white line) and newly formed nephrons (outlined with a white dashed line).
