Effect of whole plants extracts 5, 10, and 11 on the cell cycle of Hec1A tumor cells. These graphs illustrate the effect of plant extracts 5, 10, and 11 on the cell cycle, as demonstrated by PI staining. Hec1A cells (3 × 10⁵/3.5 mL) were treated with 1.5 mg/mL plant extract 5, 10, or 11 for various time periods. The cells were stained with 50 μg/mL PI, and the DNA content was analyzed by FACS analysis, as described in the text (see Materials and Methods).
