SW-BPE encoding process.

(1) 𝑋_𝑖 perform the wavelet transform and HT-transform.

(2) The sub-set of 𝑋_𝑖 and 𝑋_𝑖−1 compute the prediction coefficients α and β.

(3) Using α and β to obtain the HT-transformed coefficients of 𝑋^′.

(4) BPE encode the HT-transformed coefficients of 𝑋_𝑖 and extract the bit-plane 𝑏^𝑥𝑖_𝑗 (1≤𝑗≤𝑚).

(5) BPE encode the HT-transformed coefficients of 𝑋^′ and extract the bit-plane 𝑏^𝑥𝑖_𝑗 (1≤𝑗≤𝑚).

(6) Compute 𝑝_𝑖, evaluate the crossover probability of one plane-pair (𝑏^𝑥_𝑗, 𝑏^𝑥𝑖_𝑗) of 𝑋^′and 𝑋_𝑗.

(7) Generate the check matrix of 𝑏^𝑥𝑖_𝑗(1≤𝑗≤𝑚).

(8) Compute the check bits.
