Screening of Lignocellulose-Degrading Superior Mushroom Strains and Determination of Their CMCase and Laccase Activity

<table>Time courses of CMCase activity of 7 strains. Five mycelium agar discs (5 mm diameter) were used as the inoculum. Cultivated in CMC liquid medium, 1 mL Zymotic fluid of the strains was taken out of the flask for experiment each day. The data represent the average of three independent experiments.</table>
