Subcellular localization of AtCslA2-GFP. AtCslA2-GFP transiently expressed in tobacco leaf protoplasts labels ER and Golgi stacks (a). Brefeldin A determines the aggregation of the Golgi and the redistribution of the fluorescence in the ER (b–d). AtCslA2-GFP colocalises with the Golgi marker ST52-mRFP (e–g).
