Release Behavior and Toxicity Profiles towards Leukemia (WEHI-3B) Cell Lines of 6-Mercaptopurine-PEG-Coated Magnetite Nanoparticles Delivery System

<table>Showing<i> in vitro</i> cytotoxicity studies of WEHI-3B cells after 48 hours of exposure to free MP, iron oxide nanoparticles (FNPs), FPEGMP-0.5, and FPEGMP-2 nanocomposites. The two nanocomposites (FPEGMP-0.5 and FPEGMP-2) and pure MP showed continuous cell viability, decreased with each increase in dose.
