Adaptive node energy clustering.

Input: Sensor nodes , vehicle objects VO, road network

Begin

   (i) Analyze number of VO in road network

   (ii) For Each vehicle objects VO in road network    monitors its movement by determining (VO) using (1)

   (iii) Determine direction of movement from starting point to ending point

   (iv)  maintains information about state of position of VO

End For

   (i) Cluster sensor nodes in particular area which collects VO information

   (ii) Separate the cluster as ,
