Antimycobacterial and Nitric Oxide Production Inhibitory Activities of <i>Ocotea notata</i> from Brazilian Restinga

<div>The inhibitory effect on NO production by crude extract and flavonoids Acet22 (isoquercitrin) and Acet32 (afzelin) at concentrations of 0.8, 4, 20, and 100 <i>μ</i>g/mL in lipopolysaccharide- (LPS-) stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Negative control: macrophages without stimuli. Positive control: macrophages stimulated with 1 <i>μ</i>g/mL LPS.
