Morphological changes of (a) HeLa and (b) SiHa cells treated with ACE at half IC₅₀, IC₅₀, and 2-fold IC₅₀ for 48 h. The cells were evaluated under an Olympus inverted microscope using 10X objective lens (magnification 100X). Morphology of cell changes in star-shape and cell shrinkage were indicated by black and red arrows, respectively. Scale bar: 10 μm.
