Dense forestForest areas were covered with a dense growth of trees that formed nearly closed canopies.
Light vegetationAreas covered with shrubs, bushes, and small trees, with useful wood, mixed with some grasses. In this study, this land cover class includes agricultural plantation (such as coffee and chat enset) horticultural plantation (such as fruits, ornamental shrubs, and trees, and vegetable gardens), and agrohorticultural plantation.
Grazing landGrassy areas are used for grazing.
Cultivation landAreas of land that is ploughed and/or prepared for raising both annual and perennial crops.
SettlementSmall rural communities and other built-up area.
