Phylogenetic tree based in the nucleotide sequence of 16S rRNA gene of Helicobacter spp. The tree was build employing the Neighbor-Joining method with a bootstrap of 1000 replicates. The evolutionary distances were computed using of Kimura-2 method. Values above 60% are showed.
