Time that it takes to start up the monitoring agents. We measure it when the container image needs to and does not need to be pulled from the Docker repository. We also vary the number of host and containers from 1 host and 1 agent to 15 hosts and 30 agents. Pulling creates an obvious traffic overhead compared to the fast deployment of a container that has already been pulled.
