Impact on the performance of edge applications with different monitoring methods. A typical centralized approach, where all the metrics from the edge are sent to a central location, is compared to two FMonE pipelines that aggregate and store metrics in their own region, respectively. The traffic caused by the monitoring information consumes much of the limited bandwidth at the edge, affecting the number of ops/sec.
