Matching: selecting cellular UEs and D2D pairs that share the same physical resource block. A cellular UE and a D2D pair that use the same PRB are called the resource reuse pair. Each resource reuse pair is associated with the maximum sum rate that they can achieve, and thus the system is represented by the bipartite graph shown by the figure.
