Group formation algorithm: nodes A, B, and C are in group 1 and nodes D and E are in group 2. If node B moves to group 2, the group sizes will remain the same but the minimum SNR is increased from 24 dB to 29 dB. In that case, it is preferred that node B moves to group 2.
