Characteristics of traditional weight calculation.

Grey relational analysis	It can avoid wrong weight distribution caused by conflicting opinions of experts, but determining the identification coefficient is difficult.	[11–13]
Entropy weight method	It can significantly decrease the influences of experts’ subjectivity on quantification of weights, but reasonably explaining the quantification results of weights is difficult.	[7, 14]
AHP	AHP can be used in the quantitative analysis of qualitative indexes and achieves clear logics. However, it shows strong subjectivity and needs to test the consistency of the judgment matrixes. It is also inapplicable to multilayer index systems.	[6, 11]
Analytic network AHP	It possesses the advantages of AHP and considers the relationship of indexes but requires computer processing data and is inapplicable to multilayer index systems.	[11, 13, 15]
Structure entropy weight method	The structure entropy weight method can not only relieve the influences of subjective preference on weight distribution but also protect the objectivity of weights and is easily calculated. Nevertheless, the random value of conversion parameters may bring different degrees of “conversion distortion” and affect weight distribution.	[16, 17]
