ECIES decryption process on home network side: in the SIDF in the home network, the ECIES decryption step is performed. In this step, a 128-bit encryption key and a 128-bit mac key are generated to decrypt SUCI. Thereafter, the MSIN is generated by decoding the SUCI transmitted from the UE.
