CRPtg, but not nCRPtg mice, are resistant to EAE. Wildtype, CRPtg, and nCRPtg mice were immunized with MOG peptide and symptoms of EAE were monitored over the course of 30 days. EAE onset was significantly delayed and its symptoms ameliorated in CRPtg, but not in nCRPtg (see Table 1).
