The density of cavitation ahead of the crack varied from 700 to 1,000 voids/mm<sup>2</sup> and closely matches known maximum densities responsible for macrocracking in Grade 91 heat-affected zones (∼1,000 voids/mm<sup>2</sup>).</div>
