Amplification of the cDNAs encoding the potentially secreted proteins in the different stages of T. cruzi: RT-PCR analysis of total RNA from T. cruzi (clone derived from the Y strain) epimastigotes (E), trypomastigotes (T), and amastigotes (A). cDNA was amplified using gene-specific PCR primers (Listed in Table 1). Gene ID and expected lengths of cDNA are listed in order in Table 1. M: Molecular marker: Smart Ladder SF.
