IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-6, and IL-10 secreted by lymphocytes of MLNs isolated from mice immunized with Ts87 in different prime-boost regimens were detected by ELISPOT. The IL-4 levels in the MLN cells of all four groups were low (less than five spots, Figure 4(b)). . . The results are presented as the mean ± SE for 6 mice per group.
