Alteration of Basilar Artery Rho-Kinase and Soluble Guanylyl Cyclase Protein Expression in a Rat Model of Cerebral Vasospasm following Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Inhibition of PKCδ translocation by CGS 26303 in the basilar artery. Expression of PKCδ in the cytosolic and membrane compartments of basilar artery was determined by Western blot analysis. The ratio of membrane-bound to cytosolic PKCδ in the SAH group was set at 100%. Data are mean ± SEM ( /group). versus SAH. No statistically significant difference was found between the SAH and vehicle groups. All groups are identical to those shown in the legend of Figure 1.
