Inhibitory effect of CGS 26303 on rhoA translocation (a) and ROCK-II expression (b) in the basilar artery. Expression of rhoA in the cytosolic and membrane compartments as well as ROCK-II was determined by Western blot analysis. The ratio of membrane-bound to cytosolic rhoA in the SAH group was set at 100% in (a), whereas the expression of ROCK-II (normalized using β-actin) in the same group was set at 100% in (b).
