Upregulation of sGCα ₁ (a) and sGCβ ₁ (b) by CGS 26303 in the basilar artery. Expression of sGCα ₁ and sGCβ ₁ was determined by Western blot analysis and normalized using β-actin. sGCα ₁ and sGCβ ₁ expressions in the SAH group were set at 100%. Data are mean ± SEM (𝑛=6/group). ^#,∗𝑃<0.05 versus SAH. No statistically significant difference was found between the SAH and vehicle groups.
