Alteration of Basilar Artery Rho-Kinase and Soluble Guanylyl Cyclase Protein Expression in a Rat Model of Cerebral Vasospasm following Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Increased levels of cGMP (a) and PKG expression (b) by CGS 26303 in the basilar artery. The levels of cGMP were measured by ELISA. Expression of PKG was determined by Western blot analysis. PKG expression in the SAH group was set at 100%. Data are mean ± SEM ( /group). versus SAH. No statistically significant difference was found between the SAH and vehicle groups. All groups are identical to those shown in the legend of Figure 1.
