Acute syphilitic posterior placoid chorioretinopathy (ASPPC). Early phase ICGA shows minimal choroidal signs (a). Diffuse late phase mottled hypofluorescence in the posterior pole (b) corresponds to hyperautofluorescence in FAF (c). An extensive disruption of IS/OS layer is evident on OCT images (Figure 4(d)). There was a resolution of acute findings after treatment (e, f, g).
