E2 promoted T24 cell proliferation independent of the EGFR-MAPK pathway. T24 cells were pretreated as described in Figure 3. Cells were seeded in 96-well plates at a density of 2 × 10³ cells/well and incubated with 10 nM E2. OD values were measured after 0, 24, 48, 72, and 96 h.
