LPS dose-dependently increased stimulation of astrocytes release of MCP-1. RT-PCR shows that LPS dose-dependently increased release of MCP-1 from astrocytes. Data represent mean ± standard error of the mean of four independent experiments. compared to control group; LPS 100 ng/ml compared to LPS 50 ng/ml group, LPS 1000 ng/ml compared to LPS 100 ng/ml group.
