Expression of proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and lipogenic markers in sebocyte differentiation model. Primary sebocytes were incubated for 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 days under serum deprivation. The cells were then lysed and subjected to immunoblotting analysis using antibodies against FoxO1, Sox9, PPAR, SREBP1, and LXR (a) or K5 (b) or P53 and P21 (c). Actin was used as a loading control.
