The allele-dependent dual-luciferase activity expression of MYH15 in HEK293 cells. Relative luciferase activity was measured in HEK293T cells transfected with firefly luciferase reporter plasmid pGL3-promoter containing each allele of the asthma-associated SNPs (rs9288876, rs7635009, and rs1454197). The pRL-CMV renilla luciferase reporter plasmid was cotransfected for normalization of transfection efficiency. The results are shown as relative fold changes in the constructed vector compared with the pGL3-promoter vector.
