circPVT1 silencing enhanced DXR sensitivity in DXR-resistant osteosarcoma cells by the upregulation of miR-137. KHOS/DXR and U2OS/DXR cells were transfected with si-NC and si-circ, si-circ+inhibitor NC, and si-circ+miR-137 inhibitor.
