Supplementary Material

In the Supplementary Material file we present a study of the dependence of the networks’ properties on binarization threshold. This sensitivity analysis enables the reader to assess the effects of the binarization procedure on the global and local topological parameters. Moreover, we present a more detailed and direct comparison of the anatomical distribution of local topological parameters, thus allowing interested readers to closely examine differences and similarities between the various networks.
