Simulation and experimental data with therapy. The experiment was obtained starting with melanoma cells inoculated in mice. Following a dosing protocol of DC at times [3, 7] with total dose of DCs. The initial condition is for tumor cells and zero for the rest of the variables. The parameters used are shown in Table 2.
