SPICE simulation of circuit from Figure 4(a) under conditions (58). According to the classical and Chua’s duality, the inductor current describes the time evolution of the azimuthal angle of rotation of spin-torque oscillator from [30], and the inductor voltage is proportional to the rotation speed. The transient analysis predicts the steady-state oscillations with the repeating frequency of 8.8 GHz.
