Dose-dependent effects of BSSG on cell proliferation. Dose-dependent effects of BSSG on cell proliferation were determined by CCK-8 assay and the data are plotted as percentages of control cell proliferation. Data are presented as Mean ± SD (𝑛=6); *𝑃<0.05 and **𝑃<0.01 compared with the control. BSSG significantly increased cell proliferation percentage at a concentration of 40 μM (𝑃<0.01) and at concentrations of 5, 10, and 20 μM (𝑃<0.05).
