The effects of CTX on NF-κB p65 activation in ADR nephropathy rats. Rats were treated as described in caption of Figure 1. Rats were killed at 6th week and nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 was determined with kidney paraffin sections by immunofluorescence analysis. The nuclei were stained with DAPI ((a)–(e)) and NF-κB p65 was stained with Alexa Fluor 555 goat anti-mouse IgG ((f)–(j)). Overlay of the images ((k)–(o)) indicated the nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 (green arrows). Scale bars: 10 μm.
