Cytotoxicity effect of TTK on RBL-2H3 cells. RBL-2H3 cells were treated with TTK for 72 hours, after which the cytotoxicity was measured by MTT assay. The percent of cell viability was calculated related to the untreated control as represented in 100%. Experiments were carried out in triplicate and data expressed as means ± SD. ^ap<0.05 versus Control.
