Effect of TTK on the mRNA expression of serotonin synthesis enzymes and serotonin transporter. Comparison of serotonin related mRNA expression levels between control condition (nontreated) or treated with TTK condition for 48 h. TPH-2, TPH-1, and SERT mRNA expressions were tested using RT-PCR in RBL-2H3 cell line.
