Scrodentoids H and I, a Pair of Natural Epimerides from <i>Scrophularia dentata</i>, Inhibit Inflammation through JNK-STAT3 Axis in THP-1 Cells

<div>Scrodentoids H and I did not inhibit TNF-<i>α</i>-induced NF-<i>κ</i>B activation. 293T cells were preincubated with 50 <i>μ</i>M SHI for 1 h and then stimulated with 10 ng/mL TNF-<i>α</i> for 16 hours. The results shown are representative of three separate experiments.
