Scrodentoids H and I, a Pair of Natural Epimerides from <i>Scrophularia dentata</i>, Inhibit Inflammation through JNK-STAT3 Axis in THP-1 Cells

<div>Scrodentoids H and I decreased the phosphorylation of JNK rather than ERK and P38. THP-1 cells were pretreated with various concentrations of SHI and SP600125 for 1 h following treatment of LPS (1 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for 30 mins. (a, b) Total proteins were extracted for western blot analysis to determine the expression levels of p-ERK, ERK, p-P38, P38, p-JNK, and JNK.
