Scrodentoids H and I, a Pair of Natural Epimerides from <i>Scrophularia dentata</i>, Inhibit Inflammation through JNK-STAT3 Axis in THP-1 Cells

<div>Inhibition of JNK pathway with SP600125 reduced the p-STAT3 gene expression in nuclear proteins. Cells were pretreated with various concentrations of SP600125 (0∼10 <i>μ</i>M) for 1 h following treatment of LPS (1 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for 4 h. (a) Nuclear proteins were extracted for western blot analysis to determine the expression levels of p-STAT3 and STAT3. (b) It is a statistical result of three independent experiments.
