Distant failure-free survival. Figure 2 shows distant failure-free survival curves for patients with CDK9 positive versus CDK9 negative tumors. This shows a statistically nonsignificant difference in the two survival curves. However, there is a trend for increased distant failure free survival in the group of patients with positive CDK9.
