Our proposed algorithm is able to identify important white matter fiber bundles on a coronal slice of a real dataset. Generalized fractional anisotropy axial, Figure 9(a), and coronal, Figure 9(b) slices are shown. Labeled ODF visualization, Figure 9(c), each color represents one of the 7 clusters found. The white matter labels are CC: Corpus Callosum, CG: Cingulum, CR: Corona Radiata, SLF: Superior Longitudinal Fasciculus.
