Characterization of B16F1 melanoma cell migration cycles. Variations in speed for a representative cell plated on (a) 5 μg/mL laminin or (b) 2.5 μg/mL fibronectin. Speeds were determined for every 20 min time period over 16 hours of analysis and plotted versus time to show the extent of variation in rate. AI and BI show the time window during the cell migration cycle, respectively that are analyzed in Figure 2.
