Potential translational targets of Syk and Src family tyrosine kinases in human neutrophils. Cells were pretreated with STK or Syk inhibitors, prior to a 10 min stimulation with LPS, TNFα, fMLP, or GM-CSF, as described for Figure 2. Samples were then processed for immunoblot analysis; membranes were also blotted for β-actin (as a loading control). Data are representative of at least 3 independent experiments.
