The transmission spectra of a lattice contain 3 bars of a periodic bar array with offset from center of the lattice to the localization of the center bar in direction is , 50 nm, 100 nm, and 200 nm, respectively, size of bars of the array is  nm, , and distance between bars is 700 nm, respectively.
