The transmission spectra of a lattice contain 3 bars of a periodic bar array, and the middle bar is a hollow tube with inner size  nm, 75 nm, 80 nm, 85 nm, and 90 nm, respectively, size of bars of the array is  nm, distance between bars is 700 nm, and offset is , respectively.
