CoV immunosensor array chip was fabricated through deposition of AuNPs on electrodes to increase the surface area of electrodes. Increasing the surface area of electrodes can be led to improve the electron transfer and more numbers of immobilized CoV antigens for multiplexed detection of different CoVs via monitoring the change in the peak current [154].
