(b) Cell proliferation was detected in cotransfection of COX-2 and CDC27 shRNA cells, COX-2-shRNA-1 cells, and sh-NC cells. (c) HSC-T6 cells were transfected with COX-2-shRNA-1, or sh-NC, or cotransfected with COX-2-shRNA-1 and sh-CDC27. Cell cycle analysis was examined by flow cytometry.
