Mini-<i>α</i>A Upregulates the miR-155-5p Target Gene CDK2 and Plays an Antiapoptotic Role in Retinal Pigment Epithelial Cells during Oxidative Stress

<div>Antiapoptotic effect of mini-<i>α</i>A on oxidative stress-induced apoptosis of ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were treated with NaIO<sub>3</sub> to establish a retinal degeneration model, and mini-<i>α</i>A was used for treatment; (a) cell viability was examined using CKK-8. (b) ROS level was detected using reactive oxygen species assay kit. (c) Apoptosis was detected using annexin V/7-AAD double staining kit. (d) The expression of Bcl2, Bax, and cleaved caspase-3 was measured using western blotting.
